They were not included in the resolution unless Lebanon asked to have them removed. Since you didn't answer the question I assume that you agree that Israel created "An even more dangerous enemy (considering the quantity of rockets and their range)." The quote is yours. As to the rest of your rant, don't attribute beliefs where no evidence for those beliefs exist. "When are you people going to get it through your heads that Israel provides a VERY CONVENIENT scapegoat for these corrupte and tenous Arab governments to use so that they can deflect public opinion away from their internal problems." A red herring, but most people know that when one uses terms like "you people" and then changes the subject. Hamas and Hizbullah and Israel and the occupied territories and attacks on all three parties are the subject. Israel has done little to promote peace in the occupied territories. The offers made to Arafat were not for a viable state but a balkanized state that no PLO leader could accept. The wall is certainly another example of a non-peace generating action. Had it been built inside the 1967 Israeli borders then one could claim(with right) that it is a security wall. Now it can only be called a wall to keep occupied territories within Israel's borders. As to the treaties with Egypt and Jordan they keep Israel out of those countries but not out of the occupied territories.
