Well, we have a real fundamental disagreement on this one. Both Brazil America and Bullies have fundamental needs (like food and basic shelter) that will always be paid for, but Bully can run circles around Brazil Americans on discretionary spending. The big wild card are Bully wannabes, and if they back off more than a percent or two on this, it might start to effect raw materials slightly. But, even with the gini coefficient exploding, and the economy clearly weakening, just look at gasoline consumption, see last chart.

One would think that one could be marginally discretionary? Heck no apparently, big yoy gains despite much higher prices and less money to spend.
