"Bob Brinker recommended using up to 50% of "cash reserves" raised from his "model portfolio" sell in January 2000. Even so, he never included the trade in the portfolios. How many times at bat with the same money is Bob Brinker entitled to????"

Bob Brinker also recommended that Q trade as a short term trade, never intended to be part of the model portfolios. Yes, Hulbert is right. Suggestion--Why don't you let Hulbert decide how Hulbert wants to rate Brinker?
