watch us close strong

got the Schwab "offer" overnighted to me this a.m.! Boy, r they eager 2 get my shares via loan (ain't gonna happen, of course)

the written offer was a little different than the oral offer from last evening. the written offer is for payment to me of 24% interest annualized (2% per month), with the payment to be calculated daily based upon the closing price of the stock that day.

for example, if the stock closes at an average of $7 for the next 30 days, then I will be paid 2% x $7 x the number of shares I would agree to "loan" that month

I heard from a very reliable source earlier today that the new short interest report came out and the HSOA short interest is almost 12% (something like 11.9%)!!!

also was advised by this source that HSOA is back on the Reg SHO list, so this will no doubt accelerate the clearing of FTDs (and hence is the most logical explanation for the Schwab solicitation and offer to pay the equivalent of 24% annualized on my HSOA shares)

think about this, people: 24% ain't a bad return..... actually, it is pretty damn incredible (especially in this mkt). not that I'm tempted, but the point is this: it demonstrates just how desperate shorties are since they r willing to pay an extraordinarily attractive return for the privilege of "borrowing" my shares

don't let anyone shake u out; this stock is gonna rocket soon

as always, JMHO, FWIW.
