doesnt that Schawb deal, as you reported it, mean that Schwab now has an incentive to keep the price as low as possible?

since their payments are based on closing price of HSOA each day...

that is NOT good news to me. It means schwab will do everything they can to keep this from soaring as long as they have shares out on loan on which they need to pay 2% per month.

am I missing something? If not, I knew this thing smelled rotten to the core.
