Why not, if they do the job better?

How would the private schools be different from public ones? Would they prevent some people from enrolling? Would they use different texts? Would they treat teachers differently?


From what I've seen they're similar but a lot smaller. And a lot less bureaucratic. Part of their success is that the students who get sent to them are from families who value education more highly and that contributes to the success. However I think there are a lot of poor families who value education and discipline but simply can't afford it. Vouchers would be extremely valuable to these poor but striving families.

Now you're just arguing with yourself since you've been proven wrong time and time and time again.

The fact that you consider yourself a master debater is icing on the cake.

What would the difference be and what would prevent public schools from adopting changes?
