Scott, how uncharacteristic of you!!! You sound morose...even depressed. What happened to that upbeat cheery guy that we are all so used to? It is true that senior people should be more supportive of those trying to do good things for Novell. Don however is not anti-Novell. Since you are a senior person at Novell, you should simply look at Don's reaction and motivate the sales staff to make any positive corrections from what he says that you think are justified. Often the angry guy clues you in on what you have to do to make the sale. Its been some time now that Novell sales has not had a senior executive motivating the troops. I read your post as a real need for such a person.
