Let’s not get into who started the conflict, cause it will end up in a pissing contest. However, it you look at the death toll.
Lebanon: 325 civilians and 2 military
Israel: 29 civilian and 4 military

Damages,

Lebanon: Not enough room to describe the damage
Israel: Few living room, train depot, few empty fields and couple of buildings.

Pointing out facts doesn't make an argument. I can only guess at the arguments you are trying to imply with those facts and respond to them because you really don't develop one.

It looks to me like there are two possible implied arguments.

If you support neither of these arguments, please explicitly make the argument that you do want to support.

1 - Israel caused more destruction in this battle, therefore Israel is more at fault

or

2 - The ratio of military deaths to civilian deaths indicates that Israel isn't careful about avoiding civilian death.

In response to #1 -

The side with more firepower is likely to cause more destruction. It indicates nothing as to blame for the start of the conflict and little to nothing as far as the morality of their actions during the conflict.

In response to #2

Hezbollah launches attacks in the midst of civilians. If it lined up on a set piece battlefield you would find few civilian deaths. Israel isn't going after Lebanese civilians. Unfortunately Hezbollah isn't stupid enough to put its head on the chopping block that way but that isn't Israel's fault.

Also I think, in fact am almost certain, that there are quite a few more than 2 military dead in Lebanon (counting Hezbollah as military). Some of these would not yet (perhaps even not ever) show up in any death toll. Some of them might be counted as civilians.
