Well, Tried, Convicted, and Sentenced by Judge Mitchell. I am really disappointed in your viewpoint and characterization. You just better hope you are never on the receiving end of a similarly prejudiced POV. "...bankrupted two million-dollar companies by, according to principles of those companies, taking loans out against them and using the majority of the money for personal gain..." Did Turek violate the law doing what you allege? Was he charged? Did these "principles" sue? Did they get their money from the deals, and if not why not? I've seen too many Wall Street sharks buy companies and then cut them up and sell them to think that this was some massive fraud. Where is the fraud alleged by the principles and proven in a court of law? Only time will tell the tale if I lose my investment and have a EOY Tax Deduction. We'll see... rrm
