JF, You guys are great at arguing the hypothetical, but reality is a mystery. The argument was raised that Hamas and Hezbollah are resorting to terrorism because they can't match Israel in terms of conventional military strength. So I brought up the hypothetical as a counterargument. The point is that Hamas and Hezbollah cannot be trusted, nor can their actions be excused.
