To add to your post, the number of DUV steppers coming out of ASML is not limited by ASML but by Zeiss (Germany). Zeiss only has capability to make <200 lenses per year but they are ramping that production capability. All of the lenses for 98' are already sold (ie. the steppers they go in have customers already). Use these numbers and any speculative numbers as to Nikon and Cannon and you can get an idea of how many lasers will be sold. Also, most of ASML's tools are still I-line and g-line. I would expect this manufacturing capability to convert to DUV in upcoming years (partially).
Cymers lasers are also "disposable" in that they need a new chamber every "once in a while". This is a normal function of Exicimer Lasers and could add to the revenues.
