Oh, you are talking about LBJ (our first 'Texas President'... with Dubbya being our second 'Texas President'). I agree with you, two of the worst Presidents as far as the harm they've done to America's finances. Likely it will be a very long time before America elevates someone from Texas to our highest elected office again... 'ya know, 'twice burned' and all that.
