I don't even think Dell to this very date realizes exactly what the problem is. This is what the company press releases now say in regards to Dell: "Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL - News) listens to customers and delivers innovative technology and services they trust and value.........." And: "Dell continues to make significant investments in customer service and support capabilities. The company is seeing positive results and will continue to invest to drive a superior customer experience. " To which I challenge anyone to find an understandable English speaking person to answer the phone in under 30 minutes. I'm positive your result will not be superior, nor a customer service. And: "Dell's leading global share reflects customer's confidence in Dell......." BS And: "All of our initiatives are focused on providing the best value, experience and products to customers every day, which will maximize shareholder value over the long term," said Dell CEO Kevin Rollins. Yeah right. I'll remember that next time. Maybe even quote it to Deeepaka "Fred" Mumblejumblekantdo next time I need 4 screws holding the graphic card down that the outsourced Malaysian slop decided to not install in my piece of crap Dell machine. Who at Dell gets it? No one based on their press releases.
