Earlier this week, I called Dell's sales. Some gal answered the phone and her first question to me was...are you ready to buy a computer? She never asked how she might assist me, just wanted to have me place an order.

I told her that I had a question on a notebook. My question was simply related to the power consumption. She told me that she didn't know, but ask me to wait while she called tech support. In a few minutes she came back on the line and said no one was available in tech support, and that they must be attending some sort of meeting. She said she would get me an answer and call me back. So, I gave her my phone number, and never got a call back. So much for sales support. And the beat goes on and on.

As I said in a previously posting, IMO it time for Rollins to leave Dell and get someone who knows how to treat customers and still make a profit for the company.
