Yes, we have established beyond a shadow of doubt that global warming IS OCCURRING, whatever it's cause.

Now, leaving aside the squabble whether oil barons should rule the planet or not, do emissions of vast amounts of excess carbon dioxide gas, and other "greenhouse effect" gaseous emissions put us at more of a risk with climate change?

Looks like a simple "yes" or "no" type of question to me.
