Drove past a huge HOV project on Congress Ave. across from the mall in Boynton yesterday, so far just an enormous lot with piles of sand on it, says it will have units ready in 2d of 2007. Don't know why anyone would want to live on Congress Ave. but the land probably cost HOV a pretty penny as it is in a good location for retail.
