Company Makes New Hires in Anticipation of Increased Kiosk Sales
ROCHESTER, NY, May 16, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- ImageXpres Corporation (OTC: IMJX) announced today it has expanded its staff in its Rochester, NY, headquarters, by hiring three new full-time employees in May. The hires come in anticipation of increased kiosk and digital signage sales being made by the Company's distributors in the Southeast US in early 2006.
ImageXpres is a digital imaging company headquartered in Rochester, NY. The Company develops imaging solutions for the commercial printing, consumer photo, and diagnostic imaging market segments.
The Company has also announced that it has engaged Eric Wolf Consulting to provide technical service and systems customization for its iPrint Kiosks in the Northeast US.
The Company's hires consist of two graphic designers, for graphic design support and prepress layout for ImageXpres' commercial printing and Image Decor products, and one skilled web and multimedia designer for marketing / sales support to help the Company's iPrint Kiosks and LitePix Digital Displays sales activities.
Mr. Wolf, a Rochester-based consultant, has skills in the computer systems integration, hardware / software configuration, and technical support areas, and has worked as an independent contractor for central and upstate New York companies from 2000-2006.
The Company has begun making client-server software architecture refinements in order to implement rapid software upgrades, image content uploads, and remote service support. Mr. Wolf will provide the Company with an expertise that is both essential and invaluable for the successful installation and ongoing support of its expanding network of digital iPrint Kiosks and ImageCentres.

The iPrint Kiosks can produce poster-size prints, up to 24" x 36" size, as well as color laser business documents.
