Re: be "stunned", it is actually likely and a good fit as far as i can trace it. I wouldn't be stunned by an arrangement with ATI, I'd be stunned by AMD paying $5 Billion in cash for ATI. There's a big difference. The planted stories yesterday all focused on AMD dumping $5 Billion in cash at the beginning of a multi-quarter price war of attrition. If they dumped all their working capital, I'd lose interest in AMD since they'd be electing themselves to become roadkill. Regards, Dan
