The interesting thing is that I recall an article some time ago that stated Dell moved 'corporate' tech support back to the US from India. That basically says corporate has more weight and was able to get their way based on the 85% sales figure used for Dell/corporations. As for the consumer, well, 'you are on your own' I guess. John
