Carbon Emission Trading is just another way for companies to AVOID compliance. It is a typical creation of people who make their living in the Derivatives market and want to develop yet other ways of making money by selling AVOIDANCE, repackaged under a different name.

It should be banned, but most likely it will not, because of the maxim: MONEY RULES.
