More Apple bad press

You need a subscription to wsj.com for this but today they had an article showing 7 companies with at least 2 analyst showing a sellor or strong sell signal. They mentioned Informix, Netscape and Apple in the technology sector.

You may be right that some people just need a simplified computer. But would you pay $750 for a home netpc or a sub$1,000 computer for the same thing with added hardware components? and allows for future expandability? Plus knowning the Intel machine/competitors, they will continue to lower prices to match any net pc on the market in no time.

I'd also like to make a point about Apple's notebook. Overpriced, underpowered compared to comparable Intel notebooks. That's why consumers are avoiding these notebooks and why Apple's notebook market share is eroding. How does Apple seek to stop this???

I think Apple is going to compete in another again crowded market with netpc's. Everyone has finger in it. It is not a magic cure-all approach. What if Apple married the computer to the telephone? I think this could hold something promising. Only they tarnished their relationship with Motorola.
