All in all it is still better now than it was .... Better!! By whose standards? They are still digging graves today in Iraq. They are still filling pockets today. Yesterday it was Saddam's pocket; today it is Cheney's pocket and his cronies at Halliburton. So nothing has changed for a Iraqi.
