That's exactly what the Neturei Karta (Torah true Jews) say. There is no such thing as a "Torah true Jew" in this age, outside of belief in Jesus Christ. The only way to truly follow the Torah is to accept Jesus Christ. You do not understand these things because you are ignorant of the Sacred Scriptures; hence you are cut-off from the divine testimony of truth.
