Just spoke with Gary Morgan and my numbers are correct (approx ballpark...infield figures). The talk about the treasury stock being nonexistent is bunk. The company has the approx. 471k shares in certificate form, but may not be calling it treasury stock (TS), but in my book and the brokers I confide with we consider it TS..... All is going as planned. RG
