And its clear....this is a war loving nation......over and over again we start wars when its not our war to fight. Its worse than I thought. History is scary and violent in general... I've been reading Balzack lately, and that's led me to researching the French Revolution a bit this evening. I like to think of liberalism as being able to end many of the world's historical problems, but liberalism (just like conservatism) has a hard time taking hold without a despotic figure.
