No, Israel only wants to destroy Hezbollah. Not Lebanon at all. However, Hezbolla can get re-armed by using major parts of the Lebanese infrastructure. Israel has to stop that. So they take out airfields and bridges. It is a very tragic situation, but remember, Hezbollah started it. They commited an act of war. A real one. Then bragged about it. That said, hopefully this is over in two weeks.
