Paul, and ALL: Fonar Corp. (FONR)$3 1/8 ask. Decision from Supream Court expected NEXT Monday Sept. 29th. Could be a few days before known. It is an appeal filed by General Electric to the SC, in the case which has been upheld 3 previous times by the Appellate Court. Fonar FULLY expects the SC to simply denie GE's appeal. This denial will open a flood gate which GE has desperatly tried to avoid, in that GE does NOT have a Licensing & Royality agreement with Fonar Corp. GE has already PAID Fonar $128.7 million in CASH, but that does NOTHING to ward off the possibility of GE's own customers suing them unless they reach an agreement with Fonar.
