Math Junkie "Are you claiming that the lack of a specific date in the earlier version of the statement makes it a lie?" No I was claiming that it is false and misleading advertising and as such it may even constitute FRAUD. I find it interesting that the statement was changed shortly after that claim was posted at 101. I am not a lawyer but David K is and I would be interested in his legal opinion on this matter. I noticed you requested that Kirk not address you by your real name. Are you making this request in fear that Brinker may cancel your subscription to MARKETIMER because you have said things that are critical of him? I know you can't deny that you have expressed this concern in the past.
