I didn't make up any facts. Everything I wrote was true. Surely I left out lots of details between the 12 tribes and modern day Israel, because that would take volumes...and I'd get writers cramps before the surface was scratched.

It is pretty clear that when a system is imposed externally on a people...war is often the result. That is what we have in Palestine today.

Yes, title to land is not clear, as in go down to the courthouse and see who owns it, in Palestine. There were no records written or kept. The same thing with North America. The Indians had no title to the land. No written documents. Title to land was not observed in many places on the planet.

The situation in Palestine should have been left up to custom and tradition. Instead the country was partitioned in such a way that almost no one was happy with the result. And this was done by the UN as the British wanted to jettison the whole affair. Almost all Arab nations were against the partitioning. Yet is was forced upon them.

That is why it is necessary to sit down with all the parties and come up with equitable solutions for all. Failure to do that will result in continued war.
