I don't think it's anywhere close to accurate to characterize [Name Deleted] as someone without a work ethic. That almost sounds cute. "Oh, poor [Name Deleted] he's just a slacker."

To me, he's a person who solicited me to forward money to him for work which was never completed and apparently was never intended to be completed.

To me, that's intentional fraud.

Intentional fraud that cannot be discharged in bankruptcy.

Intentional fraud that [Name Deleted] itself may be complicit in facilitating.

He's way past getting on my last nerve.

If he doesn't finish my website, my first step will be to sue him for fraud.

My next step will be to sue [Name Deleted] for allowing him to defraud innocent people.

Hell hath no fury like a lawyer scorned.
