Yes, you are right, the correlation between selling and negative
performance is much weaker. Stock options are are part of the
overall compensation plan at many larger companies. But when
you see a large number of insiders selling on que, you have to
think something is up. This time of the selling correlates with
the annouced delay of MMX. They may have thought the stock would
drop after that. Or it could be they were worried about the over-
all market conditions. Whatever the reason, it may be time for
safe money to pull back some.
