While trying his darndest to alibi for Brinker's claims of being the current # 1 rated stock market timer by Hulbert and his dissembling claims on his site, Dija acted as though Brinker was incapable of blatant lying and asked.

"--Please name one "real whopper" that you have "caught" him in?"

And so I gave him a most flagrant example of him trying to fraudulently claim that he had hit a home run in recommending a stock and was like "printing money" --problem was he had recommended the stock on the same program a few months before at twice the level it was on his second bite of the apple and it was still underwater when he was bragging on himself from the first recommendation. He was so dishonest that he tried to cast aspersions on the honesty and intelligence of those who caught him in the lie.

Now Dija admitted the lie, but set up another straw man saying:

"--OK. Thank you. You have successfully found a fib brinker told when he thought he was anonymous.

Now, can you tell us an out-and-out lie he has told in the newsletter or on the radio program, when everyone knew it was him writing or speaking?

If you can't, then it becomes "obvious" that he did not lie when he stated in the July newsletter that Marketimer was rated #1 for long-term stock market timing."

I quickly gave you three examples of pure D LIES that Brinker told when everybody knew it was him speaking and asked you if you wanted more.

So having been shown Brinker to lie on several occasions at Dija's request, Dija goes back on the alibi trail with the following hubris.

"stockalot said:

<<He told the caller. "We had to stop the newsletter from going to libraries because we have "electronic enhancements" -and it would not be fair to those libraries not to have the electronic enhancements.">>

--OK. I will accept that, and the one about closing his message boards, as lies. I heard both calls, and thought at the time that he was lying. It's a real stretch to think he wasn't.

Unfortunately, they are lies that are not easily substantiated.

Therefore, I still believe his claim that his Marketimer was rated #1 by Hulbert for long term stock market timing.

I just do not believe he is stupid enough to lie about something that is so easy to verify."

So Dija first acts like Brinker doesn't lie. I give him a whopper from his generally accepted alias and Dija admits that but asks for a second hoop, that being an example of Brinker lying when people knew it was Brinker doing the talking. I quickly gave him several. Each time he acts as though it is a very difficult assignment and I give him chapter and verse of outright lies in moments. Now Dija goes off on another tangent seemingly admitting that though a proven inveterate liar, he doesn't believe Brinker would lie about his performance. LOL
