Probably not. It is a blatent copy of Patent No. D324,643 Rebar and beam Highchair, but that patent was allowed to expire and was replaced with Patent No. D500,243 Rebar, beam and mesh highchair; Filed: January 15, 2004; awarded December 28, 2004, expires December 28, 2018. The former design is now fair game I guess.
