My surmise is that the various Arab states are not happy with Hezbollah to begin with, so why bother? We don't need to get them on board, they're already on board.

Killing Israelis is one thing, trying to reinstate the Caliphate is something else entirely. Just whacko.

And, truth be told, the Israelis may be hard-asses but they are not whacko.
