I wonder if the destruction of Hezbollah will have a positive effect on the War in Iraq?

Once Hezbollah is gone, Syria is going to be very nervous about being next. Perhaps Syria could then be convinced to stop being a conduit for Islamic terrorists entering into Iraq to attack Iraqi civilians and American soldiers?
