EagleEye Control Software Ltd. and Oracle Corporation Sign a Strategic Cooperation
Agreement
Under New Agreement EagleEye Control Software and Oracle Corporation will Develop a New Generation of Products
TEL AVIV, Israel, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Oracle Corp. and EagleEye Control Software Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of New Dimension Software Ltd.
(Nasdaq:DDDDF - news), today announced that they have signed a multi-year strategic agreement. The agreement determines that EagleEye Control Software will
develop the new generation of its products on Oracle's new Network Computing Architecture.
EagleEye has chosen Oracle8 DB and its integrated Workflow engine as the infrastructure for its new product -- CONTROL-SA/WorkFlow. EagleEye has also
chosen web-enabled development tools, Developer/2000 and Oracle's Web Application Server, for developing the product.
CONTROL-SA/WorkFlow is a system that can control the process of requesting and approving security environment modifications. The system reduces user
setup time -- a collection of events which starts with the generation of a request and extends through the approval of access rights appropriate to the user's
organizational role, and includes the granting of these rights on all relevant platforms.
The cooperation agreement also includes the integration of the Control-SA Agent with the Oracle Application ERP Solution (Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle
Financial, Oracle H.R., etc.). This integration appears to be a high-priority demand by customers of both Oracle and EagleEye Control Software.
