Housing Market - Nashville Area Watching local real estate sales, you would never know there was a problem in the Nashville area. The way I see it, unless I see otherwise, it seems that the boom bust cycle is predominantly confined to the boom areas or the areas areas experiencing economic or population declines. ie Typical areas of real estate bust. I read the real estate gloom and doom that pervades this thread, but just don't see it (yet ?)in this area.
