lt - hard for me to argue with because I lived thru it ... I want to compare the logic of the two articles .... because I really want to have a better understanding of this .... clearly the article you posted WAS talking about Long Term Interest rates (I had a 11% mortgage back then) so .... most importantly - THANKS - for posting that ... regards, John
