I wonder what the percentage of Q patents are cited in the NOK wcdma baseband. In other words is NOKs argument based on the fact that in their own chips they use mostly their own patents?

I can see why NOK is only cited 3%. Why would anybody other then NOK or Q use NOKs patents. One can say well they don't have essential patents. But if the major % of patents in a NOK chip are NOK patents then maybe there is something to look into.
