Hello Paul,

> Scott, how uncharacteristic of you!!!

I always try to be very multi-dimensional ... it keeps people off gaurd.

I'm sometimes disappointed by the ways that humans treat humans. It's often too easy, in these rapidly moving technology arenas, to forget that the the words that we spew forth are watched and heard by others ... sometimes the people we are writing about ... that these people have personalities, feelings, dreams, families, etc. That they are just humans like ourselves.

The people that Don decided to attack are friends and co-workers ... and his words only added to the burden of keeping people motivated!

I know that he seems to be supportive at times ... however it's one thing to attack the management in charge vs. the workers in the trenches.

Senior? Why thank-you ... I'm not sure many people would agree ...

And I have already expressed some ideas on things that could be done to try and change things ...

I agree ... I simply disagree with the technique ...

Well the annual International Sales Conference is coming up ... we'll see what happens!
