We should have completed the SSC, but we didn't and a man should have already walked on Mars. I love space. We don't know what we may find, but the possibilities are endless. One thing I wish our schools would begin again is broadcasting our space launches in the classroom. At that time every network covered every launch and I saw every Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo launch at school and when I was 15 years old, I saw a man walk on the moon. It has now been decades since a man walked on the moon and there is no one to blame but ourselves. We were raised better than to deny to our children what we were given and we should be ashamed of corrupting our children's ambitions with movies and video games without substance.
