There was a lot of commentary a while back about an insider, VP Timothy Russel, selling 5,000 shares at 2 1/8. I just saw an ammended filing and it appears that he BOUGHT 5,000 shares at 2 1/8. There was also a list of recent insider activity. All of David Katz's sales were option related. The only other insider activity was a buy of 10,000 shares last November by a Director Kenneth Olson at 1.55.

Medical Biology Institute however has filed to sell 34,000 shares. As I recall MBI is associated with Lidak and their chief asset is stock in Lidak which they sell to raise operating funds.
