It shows that Portfolio One and Two both beat the Active/Passive Portfolio over 5 years and 3 years. The Active/Passive portfolio did not exist in Brinker's Marketimer until 1997, so there are no 10-year comparisons. If Brinker really was rated #1 over 5, 10 and 15 years (which I will accept until I find out it's not true) then Hulbert must have used something other than the Active/Passive portfolio.
