How strange that Hulbert ranks Brinker's Marketimer differently from what you are proclaiming. Perhaps you should set up a performance-tracking newsletter. Hulbert says that he ranks Brinker based on his three "model portfolios"--including the one that is about 50% bonds--as math junkie has pointed out. Unless you're talking about the "hypothetical portfolio" that Hulbert set up to give Bob Brinker a number one spot for market-timing ONLY. Hulbert must have given up on Brinker making number one with his actual portfolios. Brinker's Marketimer barely makes number three, "risk-adjusted" and with a BIG mulligan on the QQQQs.
