JUST FILED BY Lampe Conway--------hedge fund that was part of the Cray/SGI Division in the late 1990's

Remember that Lampe told SGI to come forth with $ as I recall before Alix Partners was hired.

Lampe wants language included regarding the company going private.

We have been saying for sometime that the private company takeover was a distinct possibility. See the full document and do read it word for word.

Once the private company takes over then the next step could be the IPO of the new company----another prediction by some.

This is a runaway freight train.

Stockholders have truly been ignored and ignorant on what is happening. Unless you frequent message boards there is absolutely no possible way that the ordinary shareholder would understand or comprehend what happened to their company and stock.

Interesting that Lampe is now discussing the possibility of the company going private and with 300 stockholders ultimately.

Somebody is greedy as greedy can be on this.

Who wants to take the company private and why??? I think that stockholders have the right to know and not after the fact.

Morgan Stanley and offshore hedge funds---------that has been the rumor.

WHY IS SGI SO VALUABLE THAT SOMEONE WANTS TO TAKE IT PRIVATE????
