Nadine..the Arab countries might be more amenable to the idea NOW and it would be an opportunity for the western nations to show that they ARE at least trying to recognize the inequities of the situation for the Palestinians. It probably wouldn't fly, but it would be a step toward opening a dialogue that EVERYBODY could be a part of and allowing a venting with words rather than missiles.
