Bobby Beatheart is the worst GM in th NFL. Granted that he hired Joe Gibbs. He was lucky to have Gibbs. Beatheart was considered the smartest GM. That title went over his head. He was so smart He drafted that quarterback from Oregon 2nd pick of the first round. Indianapolis drafted Peyton Manning ahead of him.

Beatheart continually traded the Chargers first round draft picks, and he thought he was smart enough to find players from small shool like Acorn College, or Knittingisfun Southern University.

Many people are smart like Condi Rice, but when that personal ego goes over the head, that's when trouble starts.
