I have a research report from a reputable
firm that may shed some light:

"...the co. expects to receive its FINAL COW
after August 17 (Indonesian independance day).
After receiving the FINAL COW,BRE-X will have
the irrevocable ownership of the Busang I and
Busang II concessions.The COW also provides
them with the right to mine and with fixed tax
and royalty rates. The co. has already had the
COW initialed by government officials...and
expects final signing...in short order."

When BRE-X receives this title it will become
a takeover candidate.
