LoftWerks/Sulja Announces Changes to Previous Press Release

WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 25, 2006 -- LoftWerks/Sulja (PINKSHEETS: LFWK) announced today that the company will not reverse split its shares.
