Zeus, Not great. The entire bill is a Republican scam to try to trick voters into thinking they're moral. After the mid term election, it will get shunted aside. Ditto for flag burning and other silly things to keep our wee minds off Iraq, funny money, and our jobs leaving the country.

The other thing is, it cannot be effective. Are they going to shut down the entire global Electronic Fund Transfer System? I don't think so. When I transfer money from my account to a financial institution in a more enlightened country, I can then transfer it whereever I want. Is the USA going to shut down all cash transfers to The Royal Bank of Scotland? Or to Dresdner Bank? Or to Switzerland? I don't think so. That would throw the economy into a tail spin.

Let's look at some who tried. China has much less in civil liberties than does the USA, at least at this point in the Bush Crusade to destroy freedom. Yet, I regularly come across folks from China in my poker games. If China can't stop it, it is unlikely the USA can do it. After all, they can guard their borders, and we can't. <G>

However, they can turn online players into outlaws. Which is the basic idea, I suppose.
